National Honor Society
National Honor Society (NHS) is more than just an academic club. NHS serves to empower students and encourage success and growth under four value-based pillars; scholarship, service, leadership and character.
With chapters in each of the 50 states and across many school districts in Colorado, NHS students contribute on average per chapter*:
- 1,000 hours of community service
- $26,000 in charitable donations
- 1,000 pounds of food to local, state and national causes
- 100 pints of blood
The Ascend College Prep National Honor Society Chapter looks forward to giving its students opportunities to help in our own community and beyond.
