2026-2027 Salary Schedule
The Board approved a salary of $118,320 for the Principal/Director based on 190 days of work.
The Principal set a salary of $104,025 for the Assistant Principal based on 190 days of work.
The Principal set a salary of $59,000 for the Registrar/College & Career Advisor.
Full-time faculty in their first year of full-time employment are also paid a salary of $59,000 based on 175 days of work.
Full-time faculty in their second year of full-time employment are paid a salary of $61,000 based on 175 days of work.
The majority of instructors at Ascend are part-time faculty who are paid per section taught per semester based on this pay scale.
All teachers are paid for 102 hours per section per semester
- 48 hours of active instruction
- 48 hours of planning/grading
- 4 hours of seminar
- 2 hours of test proctoring
The Special Education Instructor is paid at a rate of $55.00 per hour.
Substitute Teachers are paid at a rate of $50 per section, up to a total of $175 per day.
