Salary Schedules

The Board approved a salary of $60,000 for the Principal/Director; however, in order to ensure financial viability in the first year of operation, the Principal elected to decrease her salary to $36,000 for the first year, and has been paid a total of $12,000 for the July 1 – Dec 31 time period.

The principal set a salary of $40,000 for the Registrar/Deputy Director; however, in order to ensure financial viability in the first year of operation, the Registrar elected to decrease her salary to $24,000 for the first year, and has been paid a total of $10,000 for the July 1 – Dec 31 time period.

All instructors at Ascend are 1099 contractors and not salaried employees. All Ascend instructors are paid $4500 per section per semester.
